Hold Start and press A at the stadium selection screen.

Enter arcade mode and highlight Yugoslavia (don't select them with A) andpress start, then go onto USA and press start, go onto Korea and pressstart, and finally highlight Italy and press start. Team Yuckichan shouldappear on the top left of the screen.
